After not one, but two rained out sessions, I finally got a chance to shoot two of the most gorgeous girls around.  And while I hate to admit it, I think it was worth the wait.  I finally got a chance to shoot at the absolutely gorgeous Smith Family Farms and we had some amazing and hazy winter light. I love summer light as much as the next photographer, but catching the ever elusive winter sun just makes me giddy.  And we had it in spades for this session.

Everything about this session makes me smile.  These girls are not just cute, they’re my cousins!  So, I have to admit I may love them just a touch more than I should.  And they think I’m funny, so they can’t really do any wrong in my eyes.

Thank you Kim for driving all the way out from Woodland to take a chance on my Orchard.

You know you’re cool when you can crack up your clients.  It was a wicked game of “no smiling”.  I won.
